Beautiful resort with trees and pool, helpful staff, close to Anjuna beach and flea market, lovely banyan trees in backyard, green and peaceful location.

Nice Property and Comfortable Rooms, Great Location, Quiet the property was nice and well maintained. the rooms were spacious and comfortable. the location was great with easy access to major attractions in the area. the property was quiet and peaceful, making for a relaxing stay.
Substandard Service, Poor Bathroom the service was substandard, and the bathroom was not up to par. the staff was not friendly or helpful, and the bathroom was in need of repair.

This hotel is a great escape from the crowded and noisy beach town. the location is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, with easy access to famous spots like the German Bakery. the rooms are clean and well, maintained, with sit, out balconies to enjoy the refreshing views. the hotel offers nice services like providing wet napkins and refreshing drinks during check, in. Guests can also enjoy a nice breakfast served right in their room.
The hotel needs to improve communication with guests as some were told that their credit cards were invalid.
